🪪 Summary of Vehicle Hire Terms
- Rates include hire, comprehensive insurance cover, breakdown and relay cover, and VAT.
- Charge period is from 8.00am on the day of hire through to 7:30am on the day of return.
- You are allowed up to two additional drivers. Please call for prices and terms.
- A deposit of £250 is pre-authorised on the drivers card at pick-up.
- Optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available and reduces the insurance excess.
- All drivers must produce a full driving licence, registered at their current address, held for 2 years and have no more than six endorsement points.
- Payment by credit or debit card only.
- Minimum age is 21 years. Maximum age is 75 years. Drivers between 21-24 should call to check any other restrictions that may apply.
- European travel is available subject to a small surcharge.
- Motoring offences, fines and congestion charges will be charged to the hirer with a £40 administration fee plus VAT.
- Negligent damage tyres, punctures, blowouts, glass and condition of the vehicle including over-cab damage is the responsibility of the hirer.
- Cancellation within 5 days of the start time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the hire value, and 75% within two days. Cancellation or no-show on the day of hire requires full payment the hire fees.
